Joe Kelly, PhD
Founding Partner, Gobi Carbon Management Solutions

Joe has extensive experience in natural resource and environmental projects, and is well-versed in climate change issues and strategies. He has designed greenhouse gas inventories, reduction plans and carbon offset programs for countless private and public sector clients. Joe teaches courses and workshops on environmental and climate stewardship, has authored numerous articles on climate change, and has presented at conferences around the world. He holds a PhD in Resource and Environmental Management.
